What data we handle

  • Order data: first name, surname, shipping and billing address, phone number and email.
  • Payment data: handled directly by the payment gateway. We never store card numbers.
  • Browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Messages: the content of the messages you send us when you get in touch.

What we use it for, and on what legal basis

  • Handling your order, shipping and returns — performance of the sales contract.
  • Meeting our tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
  • Answering your questions and complaints — legitimate interest in providing good service.
  • Sending you marketing messages — only with your prior consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Analysing use of the site and measuring advertising — consent given in the cookie notice.

Who sees your data

We share only the data that is necessary with: Shopify Inc. (the platform hosting the store), the payment gateways that process your purchase, the carriers handling delivery, and the supplier who prepares and dispatches the shipment.

Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, international transfers are covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or by an adequacy decision.

We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties for purposes other than those described here.

How long we keep it

Data linked to orders is kept for the legal tax and accounting retention periods, which in Spain are 6 years. Data processed on the basis of your consent is kept until you withdraw it. Browsing data is kept for the period stated in the cookie notice.

Your rights

You may exercise at any time the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent you have given.

To do so, write to cuentavinted466@gmail.com stating which right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of your identity document. We will reply within one month at the latest.

Cookies

We use technical cookies, which are necessary for the store and the cart to work, and — with your consent — analytics and advertising cookies. You can configure them, accept or reject them, and withdraw your consent at any time from the cookie notice on the site.

Children

This site is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you are a parent or guardian and find that a child has given us their data, write to us and we will delete it.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The store runs entirely over an encrypted HTTPS connection.

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The version in force will always be published on this page.
