Refund policy
1. Right to withdraw — 14 days
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason and without penalty, under articles 102 and following of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
To exercise it, write to cuentavinted466@gmail.com with your order number, saying that you wish to withdraw. You may use the model form in Annex B of that law, although it is not compulsory.
Once you have told us, you have 14 calendar days to return the product. We will refund every payment received, including standard shipping costs, within 14 calendar days at the latest from the moment we receive the product or proof that you have sent it back.
2. 90-day commercial guarantee
On top of the legal right above, we offer a voluntary commercial guarantee of 90 days from the day you receive your order. If the product arrives damaged or faulty, or simply does not win you over, we will replace it or give you your money back.
This guarantee is additional. It does not replace or limit your legal rights, including the three-year legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish consumer law.
3. Condition of the returned product
The product must come back complete and without damage other than what results from checking its nature and characteristics. Trying it on your pet does not affect your right to return it.
4. Who pays for the return
- Faulty, damaged or wrong product: we pay the return costs.
- Withdrawal because you changed your mind: the direct return costs are yours, unless we tell you otherwise.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the same payment method you used. Depending on your bank, it can take between 3 and 10 working days to appear in your account.
